Yes! For most of our tours we offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off within Dubai. For Abu Dhabi tours and special packages, a small surcharge may apply from certain areas. Please confirm at the time of booking.
You can book online via our website, call us on +971 4 295 7196, or simply send us a WhatsApp message. We typically confirm bookings within 30 minutes and accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash payments.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Yes, our guides and drivers speak English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, and Chinese (Mandarin). Just let us know your preferred language when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely. Our desert safaris are conducted by experienced, licensed drivers with full safety equipment in modern 4×4 vehicles. All our safari camps are equipped with first aid facilities. We follow all UAE safety regulations.
Yes! We specialise in private tours for individuals, couples, families and corporate groups. All our standard tours can be converted to a private experience. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. We suggest closed-toe shoes for the sand dunes. For evening safaris, bring a light jacket as desert temperatures can drop after sunset. Loose, modest clothing is appreciated.
